Sheer Khurma:
Ingredients:
Serves 6-8
Sugar
Processed Vermicellies
Milk
Dry Dates
Pistachio
Coconut
Cardamom
Saffron
Method:
Combine processed Vermicellies in one liter boiling milk & add sugar, cardamom & saffron. Cook for 10 minutes. Keep stirring with intervals. If you like thick cook for further 5 minutes. In last add all dry ingredients dry dates, pistachio & coconut. Serve hot or cold.
