Fruit Tin:

Ingredients:

Apple= 1
Grapes= 1 cup
Mango= 1

For Syrup:

Water=1 1/2 cup
Sugar= 1/2 cup
Vanilla essence= few drops
Cook all ingredients together.

Method:

Cut all fruits in same shape.Add syrup in fruits and serve it.





Fruit Trifle:

Ingredient:

Sponge = 1
Fruit Tin = 1 Packet
jelly or jam = 1 Packet
Cream = 1 Packet
Syrup = 1 cup

Method:

Cut the sponge in large pieces give the syrup touch.then spread cream & fruit layer.Then give jelly layer.Decorated with fruit & icing cream & freeze it.Also use custard instead of cream.

Cookies

Chocolate cookies:

Ingredients:

2 cups white sugar
1 cup butter
4 ounces baking chocolate
2 cups flour
4 eggs
2 tesspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup nuts
1/2 cup confection sugar for the decoration.

Method:

Ist Step:

Mix the eggs & the sugar.add melted chocolate after cool down.ad flour,baking powder,salt 7 mix it.Chill the battar over night.

2nd Step:

Roll the dough in to small balls of it 2 tablespoon batter each & decorate with confection sugar.Place each ball on a greased cookie sheet bake it in slow oven for 18 to 20 minutes in 300 degrees after baking serve it with tea also save it in air taught jar.

Peanut Butter Cookies:

Ingredients:

1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup peanut butter
1 egg
1 1/4 cup flour
3/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt

Method:

Cream the butter.Add sugar,mix peanut butter 7 egg.Add dry ingredients flour,baking powder,baking soda & salt.Stir into sugar butter mixture. Refrigerate at least 3 hours.Shape it into 1 1/4 inch balls.Place cookies sheet.Bake until light brown 9 to 10 minutes in preheated oven to 375 degree.cool it completely serve it with tea.

Mousse dessert

Chocolate mousse

Ingredients

250g White chocolate
3 Egg white (beated)
1 ½ cup Fresh cream (beated)
¼ cup Milk
Few drops of vanilla essence



Method:

• Melt chocolate with milk.
• Take one bowl mix chocolate & egg whites.
• Add cream in the mixture of chocolate & egg white & folding it.
• Then add vanilla essence & freeze it.
• Icing with cream & serve it.

Cakes

chocolate cake:

Ingredients:

1 chocolate cake mix,2-layer size.
2 cups whipping cream or heavy cream.
1 can cherry.
1 ounce shaved semisweet chocolate.
2 tablespoon kirsch.
2 tablespoon confectioners sugar.

Method:

Making 2 round 9-inch layers.Take a small bowl, beat the cream with the confectioners' sugar and vanilla until stiff peaks form.
Brush tops of the cakes with the Kirsch.Place one cake layer on a cake plate and spread with about 3/4 cup of the whipped cream. Top with half of the cherry, then top that with the second chocolate cake layer. Spread the side of the cake with half of the remaining whipped cream. Spoon remaining cherry on top of cake, keeping it in the center. Spoon or pipe remaining cream around the cherries. Sprinkle the whipped cream around edge with shaved semisweet chocolate.
Serves 12.


Cold cake:

Ingredients:

1/2 cup butter
1/4 cup Sugar(grind)
2 tablespoon coco powder
1/4 cup nuts
1/2 cup marry biscut(grind)
1 egg




Method:

Mix egg,butter,sugar,cocopowder.
Cook it in double bowler till it become thick.
After cooking add vanilla essence,biscute,nuts & mix it.
Then oiled pollythin paper with butter & poured out the mixture.
then freeze it.And serve with tea.


Carrot cake:

Ingredients:

2 cups flour
1 egg
3 eggs whites
1 cup cuushed pinapple
3/4 cup fruit sweetener
3/4 cup vegetable oil
1 tsp salt
2 tsp baking soda
2 tsp vanilla essence
2 tsp cinnamon
2 cups shredded carrot
1 cup shredded coconut
2/3 cup chopped nuts





Method:

First blend oil,eggs,vanilla,fruit sweetener & beat them well.Stir in pinapple.combine flour,baking soda,cinnamon & salt.Mix all to the blended mixture.
Stir in coconuts ,carrots & nuts.Pour into 9"*13" nonstick coating cake pan.Bake at 350 degrees F(175c) for 30-40 minutes.
cool it and serve wuth cream & tea.
