chocolate cake:
Ingredients:
1 chocolate cake mix,2-layer size.
2 cups whipping cream or heavy cream.
1 can cherry.
1 ounce shaved semisweet chocolate.
2 tablespoon kirsch.
2 tablespoon confectioners sugar.
Method:
Making 2 round 9-inch layers.Take a small bowl, beat the cream with the confectioners' sugar and vanilla until stiff peaks form.
Brush tops of the cakes with the Kirsch.Place one cake layer on a cake plate and spread with about 3/4 cup of the whipped cream. Top with half of the cherry, then top that with the second chocolate cake layer. Spread the side of the cake with half of the remaining whipped cream. Spoon remaining cherry on top of cake, keeping it in the center. Spoon or pipe remaining cream around the cherries. Sprinkle the whipped cream around edge with shaved semisweet chocolate.
Serves 12.
Cold cake:
Ingredients:
1/2 cup butter
1/4 cup Sugar(grind)
2 tablespoon coco powder
1/4 cup nuts
1/2 cup marry biscut(grind)
1 egg

Method:
Mix egg,butter,sugar,cocopowder.
Cook it in double bowler till it become thick.
After cooking add vanilla essence,biscute,nuts & mix it.
Then oiled pollythin paper with butter & poured out the mixture.
then freeze it.And serve with tea.
Carrot cake:
Ingredients:
2 cups flour
1 egg
3 eggs whites
1 cup cuushed pinapple
3/4 cup fruit sweetener
3/4 cup vegetable oil
1 tsp salt
2 tsp baking soda
2 tsp vanilla essence
2 tsp cinnamon
2 cups shredded carrot
1 cup shredded coconut
2/3 cup chopped nuts

Method:
First blend oil,eggs,vanilla,fruit sweetener & beat them well.Stir in pinapple.combine flour,baking soda,cinnamon & salt.Mix all to the blended mixture.
Stir in coconuts ,carrots & nuts.Pour into 9"*13" nonstick coating cake pan.Bake at 350 degrees F(175c) for 30-40 minutes.
cool it and serve wuth cream & tea.
